Where will my equipment or vehicle be delivered?
At GP Vehicles, we offer secure, door-to-door delivery for all equipment and vehicles purchased through GP Vehicles. This includes RVs, cars, trucks, and heavy machinery. Each unit is transported directly to the address you provide, ensuring a smooth, reliable, and efficient delivery experience. If your location cannot accommodate large transport trucks, our team will coordinate a nearby meeting point. This helps ensure safe and timely delivery while protecting your equipment from potential damage.
Can I pick up the equipment or vehicle from your warehouse?
Some units—such as select machines, vehicles, RVs, or trailers—may be eligible for pickup from our yard. However, many items are sold directly from partner facilities and are not available for in-person inspection or pickup. To protect vendor privacy and honor our contractual agreements, we are unable to provide direct access to the seller or the originating facility. For these units, both on-site inspection and local pickup are unavailable, and delivery will be arranged through our authorized transport services.
What forms of payment does GP Vehicles accept?
We accept wire transfers, credit cards, and PayPal for eligible transactions. Due to our final retirement sales, checks are no longer accepted as a form of payment. Credit card and PayPal payments are limited to $10,000, are available only to returning customers, and require prior approval. Wire transfers are accepted for any purchase amount and orders are processed promptly once the funds have been received and verified.
Does the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee have a usage limit?
Yes. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to eligible equipment and vehicles, subject to the usage limits specified in your Sales Agreement. Depending on the type of unit, the allowable usage ranges from 20 to 200 hours, or the equivalent mileage or measurement for vehicles, where applicable. Units that exceed the stated usage limit are not eligible for return. We recommend reviewing your Sales Agreement carefully and contacting our team if you need clarification before putting your unit into service.
What types of equipment and vehicles do you offer?
We offer a wide selection of heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, RVs, cars, trucks, trailers, forklifts, and commercial vehicles to meet a variety of needs. Our inventory features both Buy It Now options and live auction listings, giving customers the flexibility to choose based on their timeline, budget, and purchasing preference.
Are the units inspected before being listed?
Yes. All equipment and vehicles—including RVs and cars—undergo a detailed inspection and servicing process before being listed for sale. Our team evaluates mechanical performance, safety features, and overall condition to ensure that every unit meets our quality standards.
Do you offer tracking for my delivery?
Absolutely. Our real-time tracking system lets you monitor your equipment or vehicle throughout the delivery process. You’ll receive updates on location, status, and estimated arrival so you always know exactly when to expect your shipment.
Are RVs and cars covered under the warranty or return policy?
Many RVs and cars qualify for our minimum 6-month warranty and the 30-Day / 200 Hours Return Policy, as long as they fall within the eligible categories listed on our site. Coverage details depend on the unit type, age, mileage, and condition at the time of purchase. If you’re unsure whether a specific vehicle qualifies, our support team will gladly review the details with you before you complete your purchase.
How long does delivery take for equipment, RVs, or vehicles?
Delivery times vary by location and unit type. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Larger equipment or remote destinations may require additional time. You will receive updates throughout the shipping process.
Can I finance my equipment, RV, or vehicle purchase?
While we do not offer in-house financing, many customers use banks, credit unions, or third-party equipment lenders. We can provide the documentation required by most financial institutions to support your financing application.
Are titles and ownership documents included for vehicles and RVs?
Yes. All qualifying vehicles and RVs include the appropriate title or ownership documents. Heavy equipment will include applicable paperwork such as bills of sale or manufacturer certificates when required by state or provincial law.
Can I request additional photos or videos of a unit?
Absolutely. Upon request, we can provide extra photos or videos of equipment, cars, RVs, and other units whenever available. Our goal is to help you make a confident, informed decision before placing a bid or purchase.
How do I track my order after purchase?
Once your equipment or vehicle is scheduled for transport, you will receive real-time tracking updates through our system. This includes your unit’s current location, estimated delivery date, and driver contact details when applicable.
Do you offer warranties for cars and RVs?
Many cars, RVs, and smaller units qualify for our minimum 6-month warranty, depending on age, mileage, and condition. Warranty terms may differ slightly between equipment and vehicles, but all eligible units include clear coverage details at checkout.
How do auctions work?
Our online auctions allow you to bid in real time on equipment, vehicles, RVs, and more. Each listing displays current bids, remaining time, and unit details. When the auction ends, the highest verified bidder wins the item and receives checkout instructions.
Is there a Buy Now option?
Yes. Many units include a Buy It Now price for customers who prefer to skip bidding. This option is ideal for time-sensitive buyers or those who want to secure a unit immediately at a fixed price.
Do you clean and service vehicles before delivery?
Yes. All units—including cars, trucks, RVs, and heavy machinery—receive a pre-delivery cleaning and inspection. Mechanical systems, safety features, and key components are reviewed to ensure every unit arrives delivery-ready.
What if the unit arrives damaged?
If your equipment or vehicle arrives with unexpected damage, contact us immediately. We will review delivery documentation, assess the issue, and arrange repairs, replacements, or returns based on your coverage and eligibility.
