After delivery, you benefit from a 10-day inspection period. During this time, you can fully inspect the vehicle and confirm that it matches the description, specifications, and condition agreed at the time of purchase.

3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may request a full refund if:

  • The vehicle does not match the original description
  • There are undisclosed defects or damage
  • There are discrepancies in condition, specifications, or history
  • The vehicle cannot be delivered as agreed

4. Return Process

If an issue is identified within the inspection period, contact our support team with your contract details. We will guide you through the return process.

  • Vehicle collection is arranged at no cost to the buyer
  • All documents, keys, and accessories must be returned
  • The vehicle must remain in the condition received

5. Refund Processing

Once the return is approved and the vehicle is collected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued via same-day bank transfer (OSKO) after confirmation.
  • The full purchase amount is refunded
  • No hidden fees or deductions apply

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds may not be approved if:

  • The inspection period has expired
  • The issue was disclosed before purchase
  • The vehicle has been modified or damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect buyer details were provided

7. Payment Safety Requirement

For buyer protection, payment must always be validated before transfer.

Important: Payments made without confirming the payment details through our support team may not be eligible for refund review.

8. Final Confirmation

Once the inspection period has passed and the vehicle is accepted, the transaction is considered complete.
